DELIVERING PRACTICAL RESPONSES TO POVERTY, CRISIS AND COMMUNITY RESILIENCE IN LOCAL SYSTEMS

Trusted, Flexible and Impact-Oriented Solutions in a Complex World

Lathom Solutions is a specialist consultancy supporting consulting firms, local authorities and health systems to design and deliver practical responses to poverty, financial hardship and community vulnerability.

Founded by senior local government programme leaders, we combine deep operational experience, strong analytical capability and hands-on programme delivery to help organisations move quickly from strategy to implementation.

Between them, Tom Barrett and Laura Stoker led the development and delivery of Lambeth’s response to the cost-of-living crisis, including generating over £12m additional income for residents.

We work independently or alongside consulting firms as associate partners, bringing rapid programme mobilisation, credibility with local government leaders and the ability to lead workstreams or embed within delivery teams.
